My opinion on Lyse XL is that it's kinda little suport and nothing more. I'm not a food addict but sometimes my eatings aint look like healthy. I tried Lyse XL and my results were 3 pounds of weight loss for month. I think better stick to more healthy eating and I can lose even more without pills. Anyway, maybe it's worth a try.
